[Bug 63471] Crash on startup only when certain device is plugged

If I turn my computer on with my Kyocera KPC650 EVDO card plugged in,
HAL will crash while the laptop is booting. I have a Compaq 2615LA
laptop computer.

If I restart the computer with the card plugged in then HAL starts just
fine. It just fails if I turn the computer on, not when restarting.

If I restart dbus after the failure then HAL starts OK.

If I unplug the card and shut down the computer and then turn it on, HAL
would work correctly.

Do you need more info?, just tell me what log would be useful.
