[Bug 72557] Launching epiphany from deskbar doesn't use the user profile

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: deskbar-applet

When launching epiphany by using a link or a bookmark from deskbar
applet a different user profile appears to be used. For instance, no
bookmarks are present, and the various toolbars revert to their default
arrangement.  This also appears to happen when launching only the
epiphany executable by typing epiphany in the deskbar.
