[Bug 71897] totem-video-thumbnailer crash

Public bug reported:

While downloading a movie via Firefox on desktop totem-video-thumbnailer crashed while trying to generate thumbnail of partially downloaded file.
I'm not sure whether it's a dupe so reporting as a new one.
