That upload fixes the issue:

     - set default irc server to irc.ubuntu.com
   * debian/prefs.xml:
     - set the notify by default (Ubuntu: #13389)
   * debian/rules
     - Add translation domain to desktop file.
     - call intltool-update to build the .pot
