[Bug 71703] Hangs system after 2-3 seconds when accessing a CD

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: sound-juicer

If I try to play/extract any CD with Sound Juicer, first the program
hangs, and after 2-3 seconds the kernel hangs, and only a hard reboot is
possible.

I tried to extract as much information as possible, see the attached
files.

This is up-to-date feisty, I guess it is either sound-juicer or
gstreamer0.10 that sends some invalid ioctls to the kernel. Reverting to
an older kernel does not fix the problem.
