[Bug 71667] Dapper -> Edgy: No longer refreshes iCal subscription

It worked in Dapper, but has stopped working in Edgy.

I have a webcal subscription:
webcal://username:password@server/webcal/publish.php/shared.ics

which no longer updates (30 minutes set).  If I stop evolution, kill
evolution-data-server and restart evolution then it then gets the
updates from the server.

Has something changed?
