[Bug 71103] "No suitable application" dialog does not offer applications list.

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus

When I double-click on a document for which no application is
associated, I see this error dialog:

Title: Error: No suitable application.
"
Cannot open ssh://murrayc@murrayc.com/home/murrayc/.procmailrc: No application suitable for automatic installation is available for handling this kind of file.
"
But it doesn't offer me the list of applications, so there's no way forward for most users. I'm fairly sure that the upstream version offers the application list.

(This dialog doesn't conform to the GNOME HIG either).

** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
