[Bug 70839] Gaim missing :| emoticon (smiley)

Using: gaim 1:2.0.0+beta3.1-1ubuntu9

Gaim 2 for edgy is missing the MSN emoticon (or smiley) for :|.  Any
chance it could be put back in?

Reproduce:
Start an MSN conversation, type ":|" and press enter. The :| characters are not replaced by a smiley emoticon when they should be...

Alternatively, start an MSN convo, click on the "insert smiley" icon and
look for the smiley with a flat mouth (like this: :|)...
