[Bug 70769] Panel does not stay deleted in second monitor

hi,

when I delete my gnome-panels on my second head the reappear after a I
restart X.

reproduce like this:

1. start X with dualhead support
2. delete gnome-panels on 2. head
3. restart X - panels appear again

this the the xorg.conf ServerLayout I use:

Section "ServerLayout"
    Identifier  "Server Layout"

    Screen "Screen0"
    Screen "Screen1" RightOf "Screen0"

    InputDevice "Mouse1" "CorePointer"
    InputDevice "Keyboard1" "CoreKeyboard"

my hardware:
VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc RV350 [Mobility Radeon 9600 M10]
