[Bug 69568] "Move to Another Workspace" context menu no longer exists

Public bug reported:

After my workspace starts to get cluttered, I usually start right-
clicking on title bars and hitting 'W' '2'.  Normally that would select
the "Move to Another Workspace" and then select "Workspace 2".

The "Move to Another Workspace" context menu is no longer exists.  I can
"Move to Workspace Right", but that doesn't help me when I have several
of them full and I want to move from Window 1 to Window 3.
