[Bug 70189] odd- / even- / duplex-printing not working in evince

When I try to print only odd or even pages from evince (evince 0.6.1, Edgy Eft) on the page Setup, it doesn't change anything and prints all the pages just if it was configured to print "All sheets". 
Same thing with "Two-sided": I can change it to "Short Edge" or "Long Edge" but it prints as if nothing would have changed...

I'm using a HP PSC 1610 with the default ubuntu drivers (hpijs)
