[Bug 69301] Bootsplash is monochrome

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: usplash

According to the release notes, the new bootsplash of Edgy should
obviously look something like this:

But on my fresh installation the logo and the progress bar are both only
black and white. I don't mind very much but I thought I should report
this.   I'm using the AMD64-version.
