[Bug 69632] Totem doesn't resize window when choosing zoom

Public bug reported:

When I play a movie, I used to be able to double the size by pressing
'2' or choosing 2:1 under the View-menu.

This doesn't work in Ubuntu 6.10, Totem 2.16.2 and GStreamer 0.10.10.
