[Bug 45629] Re: Empty menu item when nothing is selected in spatial nautilus

I should have tested a new user in the first place... This is due to
spatial mode.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run
gconftool-2 -s /apps/nautilus/preferences/always_use_browser -t bool false
2. Go to Places -> Home Folder.
3. In the window that appears click on File.


The problem doesn't occur in browser windows but will occur in spatial ones (i.e. in nautilus going to Edit -> Preferences, selecting the Behaviour tab and unticking "Alway open in browser windows", clicking close then running through the steps to reproduce will show the problem).
