Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntu-artwork

There have been many complaints on the Ubuntu forums and elsewhere regarding the recent changes to the logout button. Complaints focus on three main problems:
1. It is obnoxious and distracting
2. It is XP-like and lacks sleekness
3. It is inconsistent with the rest of the interface and does not balance the distributor logo on the left (no longer true since the distributor logo became button-like).

To address these issues, I have taken the liberty of creating a mock-up or potentially usable alternative. It was made by simply adjusting the hue and saturation of the Human gnome-session-hibernate icon in order to produce a bright red button.
