[Bug 47452] Wrong Zoom

Public bug reported:

When evince claims to display a PDF at 100%, it's actually displaying it
at 50%. Same applies to the other zoom levels. Acroread shows the same
documents correctly scaled. Both my X11 DPI and my gnome dpi (under font
settings) are correct.
