[Bug 47334] Caps lock creates half drawn buttons on some gksudo commands

Public bug reported:

When prompted for admin password when opening synaptic or update manager
if caps lock is on it will warn you.  When you then turn caps lock off
it moves the OK and Cancel buttons up and leaves the bottom half of the
buttons in their original location.
