[Bug 27060] Re: Battery applet never says fully charged

This bug is not fixed. When the laptop is started while plugged in to AC
power, it correctly shows no battery or plug-in icon in the notification
area. However, once I unlpug the laptop, and then plug it back in, the
battery icon once again says "Computer is running on AC power Laptop
Battery Is Charging (100%)" and this never goes away. So, I would say
this bug is half fixed.
