[Bug 44465] Re: can't add printer, consumes 100% CPU

I did an update/upgrade to get the latest dapper packages. Then I moved
the entire /etc/cups directory to a new, temporary location. Finally, I
started gnome-cups-manager and tried to add a new printer.

Unfotunately, it did not work. The CPU uasage did not spike to 100%
(didn't seem to change appreciably), but I could not add a new printer.
As in my original report, no manufacturers or printers show up in the
gnome-cups-manager window (just blank space).
