[Bug 46800] art/icons/Makefile.in is missing

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntu-artwork

When i run ./configure for ubuntu-artwork it gives the following message:
config.status: error: cannot find input file: art/icons/Makefile.in

Sad but true, the file is really missing since version 20 or so. Last
time i tried with version 25.
