[Bug 46533] shows "Writing image to CD" message after it's done

Public bug reported:

After successfully writing an ISO image to a CD, the CD burner displays
the message "Writing image to CD... The selected image is being written
to a CD". This is wrong as the text below the progress bar that says
"complete" indicates.
