Sorry: the problem is still here. I updated my Dapper to the lastest
versions available, I rebooted the whole system, but the "Add to panel"
dialog is still mixed English and Spanish.

Version: 2.10.2-1ubuntu3
Version: 2.14.0-0ubuntu2
Version: 2.14.1-0ubuntu15

This is a reversion problem, because the dialog was fully translated
into Spanish until yesterday.
