You're right, that is how to reproduce it.  However, in my experience
right-click is discoverable.  In fact left-click and right-click do the
same thing (open the context menu).   So, if right-click covers this
purpose shouldn't left-click go back to what people are used too?  It
makes it very difficult to resize the window if you have forgotten or
never learned the alt-middle-click shortcut.
