[Bug 45885] deskbar-applet needs to be transparent

Binary package hint: deskbar-applet

I use transparent panels, and deskbar applet doesn't fit this theme very well. it needs to be transparent, that way, it won't matter what colour your panels are set up to.
Please implement. Thanks!
