The only part of the dialog which isn't translated for me is the phrase
Are you sure you want to permanently remove all the deleted messages in folder "{0}"?

I think the problem is that the translations are done against
Are you sure you want to permanently remove all the deleted messages in folder "{0}"?
instead.

I guess this might be difficult to fix before dapper with the string
freeze.
