[Bug 45736] PrintOut mode has no effect

I'm using an HP DeskJet 5150 usb with gnome-cups and hpijs driver.

In the properties panel, "Resolution, Quality, Ink Type, Media Type" and
"PrintOut mode" have no effect. Greyscale or color, every print is
colored.
