[Bug 45469] No logout dialog

Public bug reported:

I'm running the latest dapper x86.  When I press System->Logout, my
system is immediately logged out.  I see no intermediate log out dialog
with options to switch user/hibernate/etc.  I am ready and willing to
provide more information if necessary.
