[Bug 45336] gok's applications menu entry does not get removed on uninstall

Public bug reported:

Steps to reproduce:
1) sudo apt-get install gok
2) Note the "On-Screen Keyboard" menu entry in the Applications -> Accessibility menu
3) sudo apt-get remove gok
4) Look for the menu entry again

Actual results:
- "On-Screen Keyboard" menu entry is still in the Accessibility menu
- The icon has changed to the default icon that gets used when icons aren't found

Expected results:
- The "On-Screen Keyboard" menu entry disappears
- If gok is the last accessibility application left, the Accessibility menu is expected to disappear too

Further info:
- Using apt-get --purge remove gok yields the same results

If this turns out to be a notabug, could you tell me how to remove this
menu item manually, thanks :)
