[Bug 45328] looking for /usr/X11R6/man/man4

Binary package hint: yelp

When running from the command line, I see this
in addition to the previously-reported
`unterminated entity' messages, though it still
finds the xorg man pages:

(yelp:18184): Yelp-WARNING **: Unable to stat dir: "/usr/X11R6/man/man4"

This is with v. 2.14.1-0ubuntu2.
