[Bug 40379] Notification window too small to fit text.

Public bug reported:

When the battery on my laptop is low and the notifier pops up it is to
small to fit all the text. The last centence just ends "...to avoid
losing" and I cannot read the end of the centence.

I am running the latest upgrade of dapper with screen resolution 1024 x
768.
