[Bug 13554] Re: does not poll ZIP drive for media changes

I attached the lshal output, no sign of the zip drive in there.
I did another "lshal" after inserting  a zip disk in the drive, but the file was exactly the same (same size exactly).

I also added the messages that the kernel prints when I load the 'ppa'
module to detect the drive. There is one line that says:

"Driver 'sd' needs updating - please use bus_type methods"

which maybe is interesting ?
