[Bug 44764] Conflicting Keyboard Shortcuts with Inkscape

Public bug reported:

By default, Inkscape uses the keyboard combination Alt+Mouseclick.
Metacity also, by defualt, uses alt+mouseclick for move window.  These
two combinations conflict, and when using Inkspace the metacity keyboard
combination takes precedence.

It looks like there are 2 solutions to this problem:
1)  Change the default conflicting keyboard shortcut in Inkscape, and change the documentation to reflect this.
2)  Work out metacity code to have application shortcuts take precedence.
