[Bug 44414] Can't run rhythmbox or totem at the same time as Ekiga

Public bug reported:

I can't use ekiga when rhythmbox or totem are open, even if they aren't
playing any music.  I would like to always leave ekiga running so I can
get calls, but I hope that doesn't mean I can't listen to music.  Is
there a workaround?
