[Bug 44249] Disks manager makes mistakes in listing partitions

I don't know under what package to file this bug, or whether to file it
here or on the gnome bugtracker.

It boils down to this: Disks manager shows wrong mount points and
doesn't show all my partitions.

I've seen this ever since I first installed Dapper.
