Thank you Luca. The trash applet doesn't bug fine with removable medias,
we have some bugs about it: bug #43996 and bug #35834 claim that it
counts the USB stick crash but doesn't update on eject, bug #32466 has
the same issue as you, I'm marking that bug as duplicate of it. We don't
have any patch for that applet so that's an upstream issue

There is probably some cleanup work to do on that if somebody wants to
