With Dapper it works:

/dev/sda2 on /media/Backup type ext3 (rw,nosuid,nodev)
/dev/sda3 on /media/Swap type ext2 (rw,nosuid,nodev)
/dev/sda1 on /media/usbdisk type vfat (rw,nosuid,nodev,quiet,shortname=mixed,uid=1000,gid=1000,umask=077,iocharset=utf8)

They are mounted with the right access permissions.

I have removed the labels to test if Dapper still mounts the partitions correct and this is what I get:

/dev/sda3 on /media/usbdisk type ext2 (rw,nosuid,nodev)
/dev/sda2 on /media/usbdisk-1 type ext3 (rw,nosuid,nodev)
/dev/sda1 on /media/usbdisk-2 type vfat (rw,nosuid,nodev,quiet,shortname=mixed,uid=1000,gid=1000,umask=077,iocharset=utf8)

That means Dapper also mounts the partitions without Labels to the right directories and with correct access permissions.

Only thing is that it mounts sda{1,2,3} the other way round usbdisk{-2,-1, } instead of usbdisk{ ,-1,-2} but I can live with that ;) Bug is fixed from my point of view.
