[Bug 43999] Hibernate option disappeared - machine supports hibernation though

Description:
I used to regularly hibernate my machine by clicking the "hibernate"
button. I was also presented with the "sleep" button which never worked.
After updating yesterday, I saw that the "hibernate" and "sleep" buttons
are gone. This happens on a desktop computer.
