That video plays fine on my box. Do you have the issue using "gst-launch-0.10 playbin=file:///path/to/video.3gp" too? Could you run "dpkg -l gstreamer0.10\*" and attach that to a comment too? -- Totem SIGABRTs when trying to play 3gp https://launchpad.net/bugs/43367
