This might be a linguistic problem. If you say "you can do x OR y to
wake up the computer" means that BOTH x and y will work. That isn't
true, so this *is* a bug. It is misleading because it makes the user
think that both pressing a key and pressing the power button will wake
up the computer.

I'm reopening the bug, I hope that this explanation makes it clearer.
