[Bug 43224] Traceback with Deskbar

Description:
The below traceback appears (in a dialog) while adding the deskbar
applet (having been playing with configuration for quite a while). It
may have happened b/c I put the deskbar near the topleft corner of my
screen.

When I reboot, the same thing happens as soon as I log back in.
