Yes, it is still a bug :)
There should be some feedback when shift-deleting on a read-only volume. For instance, the same feedback as when pressing delete.

Related, but maybe worth a separate bug: it should not ask if I really want to delete, when I press delete (or shift-delete) on read-only volume. It should rather say that it is a read-only volume and that it cannot delete.
