[Bug 42771] icons for EOG

Description:
I just filed a similar bug on Tango:

"I noticed some icons for Eye of Gnome -probably used by other apps too-
are missing. They appear on certain custom Tango sets and I think they
fit the official set perfectly. Could they please be included?"

I feel the should be included in Tangerine too, though some of them
should obviously be edited, which might be a problem. Might another user
take care of it if the devs don't have the time, perhaps?
