[Bug 42747] handle of notification area doesn't fit well in transparent panels (clearlooks engine)

Description:
Hi sorry to bother if this is a clearlooks issue, i don't know. When the
panel is transparent and the GTK2 theme is clearlooks, the handle of the
notification area seems to use the gray background color, and not the
transparent one. See screenshot at http://deep-ocean.net/captures/panel-
notification-handle.png . It should use the transparent color, tinted
more or less than the user's preference, to simulate the "engravement"
of the small horizontal lines (sorry for the approximate words, it's too
technical vocabulary for me).
