WindowNavigationApplets is the title of the wnck-applet. 

The architecture is i386 or amd64 or ppc or ... looks like it's i386 for you. Could you get a backtrace with http://people.ubuntu.com/~seb128/debug/libwnck/libwnck18_2.14.1-0ubuntu1_i386.deb installed?

The issue is specific to xgl apparently, setting low priority since that's not a standard feature for dapper
