[Bug 42353] notification applet doesn't respect xinerama screen borders (Dapper)

Description:
Running the latest Dapper updates as of Apr 30, when a notification to
upgrade pops up in my Gnome panel, the notification popup bubble spans
both displays.  This is on a laptop with an external display setup to be
to the right of the laptop's internal display using MergedFB/Xinerama.
