[Bug 37537] nautilus doesn't honor "preferred apps" when opening links

Description:
I don't know if it is Nautilus which should be addressed or some other
component, anyway, opening a .desktop file containing a link to a
website is not done through the app I set in the "Preferred
Applications" applet (in my case, epiphany). All other apps (such as
evoltion, for example) seem to honor my preferences though, hence I
believe the problem is not lying with "Preferred Apllications"...
