[Bug 32687] DHCP should be described as "Automatic Configuration (DHCP)"

It seems this bugreport should be splitted in 2:

1. DHCP should be described as "Automatic Configuration (DHCP)" in network-admin's interface properties dialog. This is really important, because most users don't know what is DHCP, but they will understand, what is automatic configuration :)

2. Setting DHCP to defauls.

I think network-admin should be more intelligent in this case - it should try to detect DHCP server on the network when user tries to conigure network connection and if it detects - then default should be DHCP, of course, but if DHCP server isn't detected on the interface, then default should be static IP, I think.

Maybe network-manager, which will be in Dapper as default will solve DHCP default's problem?

** Also affects: Baltix
     Severity: Normal
     Priority: (none set)
       Status: Unconfirmed
configuration settings should default to DHCP
