[Bug 37437] Only first of multiple calendars imported on upgrade

Description:
I have three different calendars in Evolution under Breezy. When I
copied my preferences over to Dapper to test the new evolution, only the
default calendar was imported.

The other information was still there, and could be imported by hand,
but this is the sort of thing that makes users panic...

To reproduce:

1. Create multiple Calendars (*not* calendar entries, obviously -- whole
calendars) in evolution in Breezy.

2. Copy the preferences folder for that instance of evolution to your
Dapper home partition, as .evolution.

3. Restart in Dapper and launch evolution.
