[Bug 37148] "Cannot Conver Files" (mp3) that Totem-gstreamer can play

Description:
I am using Dapper Flight 5, fully updated.

I just tried to burn a CD with three files on it. I got an error that
Serpentine couldn't convert the files. I removed one of the three and
the CD wrote correctly.

The file in question is an 80kbps mp3 that plays fine in Totem-
Gstreamer. As I understand things, if it plays in totem-gst, it should
work in Serpentine. I cannot provide a copy of the file (due to obvious
copyright reasons) - can I give you enough information to help figure
out why this may be happening?
