[Bug 12893] Shouldn't put .Trash-$USER on removable devices

This is a must fix for Dapper, although it hasn't been fixed in Gnome
yet. It really confuses the end-users when they delete files on an usb
stick and they do not have new free space on it and nothing is in the
Trash. As mentioned above, Nautilus does have a function to delete files
directly.
